Hello! I’m Vittoria Garrafa, founder of Easy St. Maarten and now proud to introduce our newest venture—Panama Elite Homes.
My journey in real estate began in 2011, and what started as a passion has grown into a purposeful career dedicated to helping clients find not just properties, but places they can truly call home. In 2021, I launched Easy St. Maarten, a boutique real estate brand built on trust, personalized service, and deep local expertise. Since then, we’ve helped countless clients navigate the dynamic Caribbean market with ease and confidence.
Born and raised in Italy, between Rome and Tuscany, I moved to the beautiful island of St. Maarten in 2008, where I’ve built both a life and a thriving business.
